AQWA, sebuah petualangan dunia bawah laut yang sukar dipercaya yang ada di Australia Bagian Barat. "dari air dingin sampai ke selatan lautan surga tropis yang berisikan batuan karang dan koral di Utara.
AQWA adalah akuarium yang resmi dibuka sebagai Dunia Bawah Laut (Underwater World) Perth pada 13 April 1988 dan di akuisisi sekarang oleh pemilik yg baru, Coral World International and Morris Kahn, pada 1991. Kemudian berubah nama menjadi sekarang ini (AQWA) pada 1 Januari, 2001. Fasilitas ini telah menampung kurang lebih 400 spesies hewan laut.

Akuarium terbesar di Afrika - UShaka Marine World, berlokasi di sepanjang dataran antara batas pemukiman pantai dan pelabuhan di Durban. KwaZulu-Natal, Afrika Selatan; sebuah taman hiburan yang menawan dan selain itu juga sebagai akuarium terbesar ke-5 dengan 32 tanki air. Hewan-hewan laut yang bisa ditemukan dari kuda laut yang kecil sampai hiu dan lumba-lumba. Akurium tersebut sengaja didesain agar terlihat seperti bagian kabin kapal yang karam.

Pembangunan The AquaDom diresmikan pada bulan Desember 2003 dan menghabiskan biaya sekitar 12.8 juta Euros. Silinder kaca akrilik nya dibangun oleh perusahaan asal Amerika, Reynolds Polymer Technology.
Silinder bagian luarnya dirakit di tempat itu dari empat buah potongan; silinder bagian dalam lift dibuat dalam satu potongan. The Aquadom adalah kaca akrilik silinder terbesar di dunia, dengan diameter sepanjang lebih dari 11 meter dan dibangun diatas fondasi setinggi 9 meter.

Serasa di bawah laut, itulah yang mungkin sobat rasakan ketika akan memasuki salah satu mall yang baru berdiri di Beijing ini. Karena dengan atap kanopi yang berupa layar LCD berukuran 250mx30m, selain untuk perlindungan dari panas matahari, sobat juga bisa menyaksikan suasana khas bawah laut. Layar LCD setinggi 80 kaki ini merupakan kombinasi dari 5 layar LCD yang mempunyai luas 7.500 meter persegi (sebagai perbandingan luas lapangan sepakbola hanya 5.500 meter persegi). Tapi, jangan tanya total biaya pemasangannya, pemasangan layar LCD ini menghabiskan dana sebesar $ 32 juta. Woww!!

Meski banyak orang yang menggap bahwa air mata kristal ini adalah cuma berita hoax atau berita bohongan. Namun pada kenyataanya ada sebuah video yang telah dipublikasi semenjak tahun 2006 yang lalu di youtube. Dimana bisa kita lihat melalui video tersebut, bahwa memang benar seorang wanita yang disebut-sebut berasal dari Lebanon bisa mengeluarkan Air Mata Kristal saat sedang menangis.
